Job Description
Indigo Developers is on the lookout for a dedicated Recovery Officer responsible for managing the collection of outstanding payments related to our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely collections, maintain accurate records, and follow up with clients while fostering positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients effectively to facilitate payments.
- Negotiate settlements amicably.
- Maintain detailed records of recovery cases.
- Coordinate with legal and operational teams.
- Prepare comprehensive recovery reports.
- Handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience and strong negotiation skills. Job Type: Full-time | Salary: $50,00 – $70,00 per month.
