Job Description
Cloud Data Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled HR Partner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced BPO environment, specifically for night shifts. The ideal candidate will oversee various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete end-to-end recruitment for night shift positions
- Train and assess agent performance
- Manage onboarding processes and documentation
- Address any employee queries and concerns
- Maintain attendance and shift schedules
- Ensure compliance with HR policies
Requirements: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO or call center environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
