Job Description

Value Green View is currently seeking a proactive Human Resource Manager to strengthen our HR initiatives and cultivate a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in formulating HR policies, managing the recruitment process, handling employee relations, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
