Job Description

We are excited to announce an opening for a Female HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This position is aligned with the EST time zone, operating from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete hiring cycle from recruitment to onboarding.
• Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee employee benefits and implement training programs.
• Assist with performance evaluations and payroll processing.
• Enforce company policies and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS).

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of HR experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00/month | Location: In-person
