Job Description

Goldengirl Cosmetics is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and have 3–5+ years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as FLOWHCM, Excel, and MS Office, is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, and addressing employee grievances. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. Work will be conducted in person.
