Job Description
Halcyon Medical Centre is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced female professional to join our dynamic team as a Call Center Q/A & Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, facilitating appointment bookings, and ensuring exceptional service quality through effective monitoring and coaching.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both English and Urdu is essential. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs 40,00.00 to Rs 60,00.00 per month, located at our facility.
