Job Description
Position Summary: Join our team at International Petrochemical as a Plant Operator. In this role, you will operate and maintain plant equipment and machinery, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain designated plant equipment effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections and promptly report any irregularities.
- Assist with plant start-up, shutdowns, and emergency situations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the work area.
- Document operational data and communicate concerns to supervisors.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Operations.
- 2–4 years of experience in industrial plant operations.
- Ability to interpret gauges, meters, and technical documentation.
- Must be physically fit for manual tasks and shift work.
