Job Description
We invite applications for the position of Inbound Call Agent at our rapidly growing team located in Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. This is an onsite role, and remote work is not permitted.
We are seeking 20 experienced travel professionals with exceptional English communication skills to enhance our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Position Details:
– Type: On-site
– Trial Period: 6 working days (Monday – Saturday)
– Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (Day Shift) / 7 PM – 4 AM (Night Shift)
Compensation:
– Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month, with the potential for performance bonuses up to Rs150,00.
