Job Description
Join ABS International in Karachi, Pakistan, as a Quality Assurance Specialist in our dynamic contact center. This on-site full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 35,00 to PKR 40,00. The work schedule is from Monday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving service excellence by monitoring customer interactions and enhancing agent performance during the night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate calls for quality assurance and compliance
- Deliver constructive feedback to agents
- Carry out compliance audits to ensure standards are met
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, proficiency in QA software, an analytical mindset, and availability for night shifts are essential.
