Job Description
The Hive is currently seeking a dedicated Community Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing them with a warm welcome and efficient check-in process. Responsibilities include scheduling facility tours, managing walk-in inquiries, and ensuring potential clients receive comprehensive information about our services.
Moreover, you will facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and prepare engaging presentations for guests. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a concierge, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a customer-focused approach. Preference will be given to candidates who are multilingual and hold a degree in hotel management.
