Job Description
Marsbpo is looking for skilled professionals to strengthen our Verification Team in the role of Sales Verifiers. In this position, you will play a vital role in verifying customer information and ensuring the accuracy of data post-outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform verification calls to validate customer information.
- Ensure the precision of data collected.
- Maintain accurate call logs within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies.
- Follow call scripts and uphold quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of call center experience and strong proficiency in English.
