Al Haadi Mobilya is seeking a motivated Junior Procurement Officer to assist in sourcing and purchasing materials for our furniture production. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with foundational procurement knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sourcing and purchasing activities.
- Prepare vendor quotations and comparison sheets to facilitate decision-making.
- Coordinate with the store and production departments to ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain organized and accurate procurement records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience; experience in the furniture industry is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
