Job Description
Expert BOS is looking for a skilled Country Manager to oversee our operations in Pakistan. This full-time position entails managing all back-office functions, including recruitment, HR, and team leadership. You will serve as the primary liaison between local operations and global leadership, ensuring efficient and profitable business management.
Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, leading the team, managing HR processes, negotiating lease agreements, and streamlining workflows. The ideal candidate should possess over 7 years of management experience, particularly in BPO or multinational settings, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation ranges from Rs350,00.00 to Rs500,00.00 per month. Proficiency in English is a must. Join us in making a significant impact!
