Job Description
Dollar East Exchange Company Pvt. Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, overseeing staff recruitment, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience and hold an MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Preference will be given to male candidates. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS, as well as comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, are essential qualifications.
