Job Description
ChaseValue, a prominent leader in the retail industry, is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to elevate our customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in-store to collect valuable feedback.
- Perform post-transaction surveys and analyze insights.
