Job Description
H&S Real Estate is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will offer IT assistance to our staff, address inquiries, and ensure efficient system functionality. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring hardware and software performance, updating software, upgrading hardware, maintaining databases, and safeguarding system security.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and have 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist. A strong understanding of computer systems and exceptional communication skills are mandatory.
