Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our team at Caps IT Solutions. In this role, you will engage in cold calling to potential clients in the US, UK, and AU markets, focusing on promoting our services, including web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling or B2B sales, excellent English communication skills, and a basic understanding of web/app development and digital marketing principles.
