Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Karachi. This full-time position requires working onsite from 6 PM to 3 AM PKST.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, preferably with an American accent.
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as text messaging for tenants, prospects, and vendors.
- Schedule and moderate meetings, and take comprehensive notes.
- Effectively manage Outlook emails and exhibit proficiency in MS Office.
- Show strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of experience in administrative roles is required.
- Proficient in MS Office and possess excellent organizational skills.
