Job Description
CANWAN E ASHRAFIA PVT LTD is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, ensuring outstanding customer service and seamless service delivery.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management, exceptional communication skills in both English and Urdu, and prior experience in the travel or customer service industry. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, particularly during the peak Hajj season.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month | Application Deadline: August 25, 2025
