Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is seeking motivated Customer Care Representatives to become part of the team in North Nazimabad. Candidates should have outstanding communication skills, particularly in spoken English. Preference will be given to those with experience in call centers and proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
- Effectively meet customer needs and requirements.
- Manage and resolve conflicts with dissatisfied customers skillfully.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Graduate level education is required.
- Proficiency in spoken English is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
