Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit Quran teachers and administrative personnel.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Address staff inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Assist in the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Aleem-e-Deen or Hafiz Quran is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally in the education sector.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Exemplary communication skills.
