Job Description
Tekboox, a prominent IT company based in the US, is seeking a skilled Senior System Engineer (HYBRID) to deliver advanced technical support. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of IT systems, including networking, security, and backup infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions.
- Maintain systems such as Windows Servers, Office 365, and Cisco Meraki.
- Resolve complex IT issues with high-level support.
- Document technical standards and collaborate on solutions.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Certifications in VMWare and Microsoft.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and excellent proficiency in English.
