Job Description
VapeMall is currently seeking a motivated female professional to join our team as a Churn Management Executive on a contract basis. This position is essential in focusing on customer retention and managing churn within our retail and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who have stopped shopping or unsubscribed from our services.
- Record the reasons behind their disengagement.
- Provide management with insights to improve customer experience.
- Compile daily reports and share findings with leadership.
- Efficiently manage follow-ups based on assigned lists.
Compensation: PKR 30,00 – 35,00, plus commission.
Requirements: Strong communication skills in Urdu and English; previous customer service experience is preferred.
