Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Surveillance Officer to monitor live security footage from retail stores across the USA. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying suspicious activities and documenting incidents accurately. Previous experience in back office operations is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live footage to identify security risks.
- Detect and report incidents of theft, fraud, or violations of policies.
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functional and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in surveillance or retail loss prevention (preferred).
- Strong observational and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
