Job Description
NTC Auto Parts is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Outlet Manager to oversee our Lahore branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring an efficient workflow, supervising staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, all while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee branch operations, manage staff, address customer complaints, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in retail management and strong leadership abilities.
