Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in recruitment and employee engagement, alongside a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Keep HR records and databases current and organized.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR support.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws.
