Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Fresh & Experienced International Caller to make outbound calls to our US clients. This role requires handling customer interactions with the utmost professionalism and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound customer calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain composure and empathy under pressure.
- Accurately provide information regarding products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain comprehensive records using CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with teams to address customer issues.
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives. Potential Earnings: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
