Job Description
Grand City is seeking a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment efforts. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with department heads to identify staffing requirements and oversee the entire recruitment process, from crafting job postings to facilitating the final selection. You will actively source candidates through diverse channels and conduct interviews to ensure an efficient hiring experience.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience in large organizations. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are required.
