Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to promote growth. Your leadership will guide and inspire sales teams, while you foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, alongside 6 to 7 years of proven sales experience, particularly in the FMCG sector. A readiness to travel extensively (up to 75%) is required.
