Job Description
GCE Academy is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for parents and teachers. The responsibilities of this role include professionally answering calls and messages, providing information about tutor availability and fees, coordinating demo sessions with educators, maintaining accurate records of inquiries, and promptly resolving any concerns that arise.
Requirements: Candidates should possess intermediate-level communication skills in English and Urdu, with a preference for prior customer service experience. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is essential.
