Job Description
Translation Empire is looking for a dedicated and organized Learning & Development Officer to enhance our internal training initiatives. In this essential mid-level position, you will play a key role in driving employee performance and cultivating a robust learning culture within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs.
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
