Job Description
SWATX is seeking dedicated Call Center Agents to enhance our customer support operations. In this vital role, you will handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide precise information regarding our products and services. Key responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, maintaining accurate records within our CRM system, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure outstanding service delivery.
We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, ideally with previous experience in customer service.
