Job Description
Compass Training and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Production Manager with at least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, specifically in ice cream production. This full-time position will oversee night-shift operations at our ice cream production facility, with a primary focus on maintaining workflow efficiency, ensuring product quality, adhering to safety protocols, and fulfilling orders on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee night-shift production operations and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
- Effectively supervise and mentor the production team.
- Monitor raw material and finished product inventory levels.
- Resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
