Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to customers via phone and WhatsApp.
- Assist with software-related queries and guide customers in resolving issues.
- Ensure data integrity for restaurant menus, pricing, and staff updates.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in customer support or data entry is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in English and Urdu are a must.
