Job Description
Translation Empire is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Complaints Administrator to enhance our team in DHA Sector F, Rwp. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing customer complaints while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly manage and acknowledge customer complaints
- Work collaboratively with the Complaints Manager to improve processes
- Document investigations and effectively communicate outcomes
- Uphold high standards of customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or complaints handling
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
