Job Description
Job Responsibilities: As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing system administration, network management, technical support, security, and data management. Your role will also include project management, software development, training, and vendor relations, while actively engaging in strategic planning to ensure that our IT infrastructure aligns with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications Needed: We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, accompanied by 3-5 years of IT support experience. Essential skills include proficiency in LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and Microsoft tools, as well as strong analytical, communication, and customer service abilities. Candidates must be available to work in both US and AUS time zones.
