Job Description
Holzinn Home (North) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager for our office in Phase-7, Bahria Town. In this critical role, you will oversee contract management and ensure compliance with legal standards across our projects. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating contracts, monitoring contractual obligations, and working closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Expertise in FIDIC regulations and local legislation, paired with strong negotiation capabilities, is required.
