Job Description
NK TECH Call Center is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Verification Officer position. This opportunity is available to both male and female applicants residing in Rawalpindi.
Compensation: Competitive basic salary with commission and bonuses, offering the potential to earn up to Rs 100,00.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
Work Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, including a 45-minute break.
