Job Description
Join HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). In this role, you will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, serve as a consultant on employee relations, lead talent management initiatives, and implement employee engagement strategies. You will provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of HRBP experience.
