Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Recruitment Executive to join our HR Department at our Head Office in Karachi, DHA Phase 8.
Position: Recruitment Executive
Qualifications: BBA/MBA
Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment
Salary: 60,00 – 70,00 PKR per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job descriptions for technical and non-technical positions
- Conduct prescreening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Oversee the recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding
- Utilize technical knowledge to clarify job requirements for technical roles
