This pivotal role encompasses ensuring adherence to HR policies, assisting in recruitment processes, managing employee records, and promoting effective internal communication across the organization.
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline, along with 2 to 3 years of managerial experience in HR.
