Job Description
GR Trading Company is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Import Operations Officer to oversee all aspects of import documentation, shipping, and customs clearance. A strong understanding of import regulations and the ability to effectively collaborate with suppliers is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire import process from start to finish.
- Prepare and validate all import documents.
- Communicate with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Ensure adherence to customs regulations.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records.
- Address and resolve any shipment-related issues.
