Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Officer to manage and enhance our procurement processes for administrative operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating favorable pricing, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure office supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Negotiate competitive pricing with vendors.
- Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Monitor and manage stock levels effectively.
- Assist in budget planning and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
