Job Description
ABS International is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our full-cycle recruitment processes during night shifts at our Karachi offices located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulstan-e-Johar. The role involves strategic hiring to support our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to job offers
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for effective candidate management
- Oversee onboarding and employee development programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition with ATS proficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Availability for night shifts
