Job Description

1) Customer Support Executive
2) Sales Representative
Location: PIA Road, Lahore, Pakistan
Shift Timings: 5 PM – 2 AM or 6 PM – 3 AM
Salary: PKR 40,00 – PKR 60,00 (basic salary) + incentives
Responsibilities: Manage professional call interactions, assist with shipments, coordinate deliveries, and uphold customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with dispatch processes preferred.
