About Us: Eposmatic (Pvt) Ltd is a rapidly expanding restaurant management software firm seeking a dedicated Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our Islamabad team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level customer support via phone and WhatsApp.
- Troubleshoot software inquiries and assist customers with effective solutions.
- Maintain data accuracy for restaurant menus, pricing, and personnel details.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, prior customer support experience, strong computer proficiency, and effective communication skills in both English and Urdu.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs70,00.00.
