Job Description

Location: Gujranwala – Service Branch

Reports To: Branch Manager – Service

HCM International is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Assistant Manager to lead our Service Operations in Gujranwala. This full-time position involves overseeing daily activities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while providing support to technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise operations at Authorized Workshops.
  • Efficiently address customer complaints.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain dealer relations.
  • Review branch reports to track quality and revenue.
  • Guarantee adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.

Requirements: A Graduate Engineer with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs170,00.00 per month.
