Job Description
VIVE TECH SOLUTIONS, operating as VIVE PRINTING LTD, is seeking a talented Assistant IT Officer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, systems maintenance, and network administration. This role is critical in enhancing our IT infrastructure and providing support to end users across various departments.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for delivering technical support, managing servers and network devices, troubleshooting connectivity issues, installing software and hardware, and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with strong English communication skills, are required.
