Wolfiz Solutions Pvt, Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer with IT industry experience to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The selected candidate will oversee comprehensive HR operations, including recruitment, maintaining employee records, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and enhancing employee engagement.
Your key responsibilities will entail upholding employee records, assisting in recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, managing payroll data, and spearheading employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal applicant will possess over one year of HR experience within the IT sector, familiarity with HRIS, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
