Job Description
LAPS School Franchise Head Office is in urgent need of a highly driven Female Sales Executive to join our Sales Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying potential markets for franchise expansion and executing strategies to attract new franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and develop strategies for franchise growth.
- Generate leads through networking, events, online platforms, and cold calling.
- Perform market analysis and feasibility studies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees.
- Meet monthly and quarterly acquisition goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a reputable school.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
